Processing Policy

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required when you bring or send your flowers to us. Extra items, e.g. bridesmaid bouquet, require an additional $25 deposit. The balance of payment is due when the design is selected. Orders totaling less than $50 must be paid in full.
• Orders are placed on our work schedule according to the date the ENTIRE order is paid in full. Most designs are completed within 10 to 12 weeks.
  
• At our discretion, we will replace up to $10 in flowers. The cost of additional replacement items will be charged at retail prices. Silk ivy and/or other greens will be substituted where necessary.
  
• Container prices include the cost of drying the flowers used in the design only. Drying fees for remaining flowers must be paid when the design is picked up. Flowers and other items not picked up become the property of Village Freeze-Dried Flowers.

Storage Fees

• Due to limited space, a storage fee of $25 per month will be charged for designs completed and not picked up after 30 days.

Processing

• Allow 4 to 6 weeks to complete the drying process.
• Some flowers, such as lisianthus, chrysanthemums, daisies, iris and alstromeria, as well as many varieties of plant leaves, do not dry well or change color after drying.

Care

• Keep your design away from extremes in heat, cold, light, or humidity.
  
• The natural senescence of dried flowers causes them to mellow and shade. The colors become subdued, antique looking, like flowers from the past.

Return / Repair Policy

• A minimum labor charge of $35 will be charged for any repair of redesign work requested after the item has been picked up.
• No refunds or exchanges will be made on memory preservation orders that have been picked up from Village Freeze-Dried Flowers.
